- Etties Field is unable to offer refunds to guests leaving before their booked departure date.

- The speed limit on site is 5mph. Please be aware of children and peacocks.

- All outstanding pitch fees must be paid on 30 days prior to visit.

- We do accept generators only on non electric pitches, between the hours of 10:00am - 5:00pm but we do reserve  the right to ask you to turn the generator off.

- We do not refund or change dates due to bad weather.

- Electric cars are not allowed to be charged onsite, please do not charge them from the hook ups. 

- Ettie's Field chimeneas are free to use. Anyone not complying and using their own fire pit will be asked to extinguish it. -Anyone caught ripping out hedgerows and burning wood other than seasoned wood or briquettes will be asked to leave immediately. 

-  The chimenea must be swept out & ash disposed of in the ash bins located at the bin area.

- The chimeneas are not to be moved.

- Fires in Glawnings are allowed, however, they must be on a hearth and leave no trace.

- Children are very welcome but Ettie's Field has not been designed for children, we don't have a play ground or  entertainment for children so if this is one of your requirements then Ettie's Field is not for you.

- Children are the responsibility of their parents or guardians. The staff cannot supervise children at any time.  Young  children must be supervised by a responsible adult in the shower/toilets, grounds and  around animals.

- All property and personal belongings are left on site at the owners risk. Etties field accepts no responsibility for lost,  damaged or stolen items, or for any injury suffered to any persons while staying on site.

- Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and please clean up after your dogs. They are not to worry the animals.

- Please inform us if you are bringing a dog with you.

- Customers should ensure they have adequate holiday insurance with cancellation cover.

- We do allow quiet hens only! So if you want a chilled out hen do the Ettie's is right for you!

- Etties Field operate a low noise policy after 11:00pm and would appreciate your compliance in this matter.

- Provisional bookings will be held for 3 days, if deposit isn't received within this period the booking will be  cancelled.

- Please use the bins provided for rubbish. Do not litter. Think of the wildlife!

- Please do not walk through Flours with your rubbish.

-Flours Bud is open for Flours opening times, only food bought from Flours is to be consumed in the Bud.

- Unacceptable behaviour or wilful damage to the campsite or to the units you will be asked to leave the site.

- Extra people are not permitted to stay in the unit without prior agreement from us. We may be able  to accommodate other people in your party to stay nearby, please let us know in advance so we can check space for you. There is a £5 a day charge for extra cars & £5 per person for visitors, they must be offsite by 7pm.

- Facilities are shared areas, we ask that you please clean and tidy up after yourselves for  consideration to the other site guests.

- All children must be accompanied by an adult Flours, The Boho-tique & toilets.

- No ball games or kite flying on Ettie's Field. Children need to be accompanied by an adult.

- Please do not hang items off the rope in-between pitches or put tent pegs into the long grass/wild flowers.

- Please refrain from walking through other peoples pitches. You wouldn't like it if they walked through yours!!

- Do not walk through the top circle pitches, walk around!

- Do not walk through the wild flowers anywhere at Ettie's. 

- Please keep all dogs on lead in the Peacock Medow & clean up after your dog.

- Do not enter animal enclosures/pens these are private.

- Any complaints must be made known to us immediately. No complaints will be entertained at the end of the touring period or after the tourer has departed.

- We reserve the right to change this website, including prices and terms without notice.

- Please respect our grounds as we like to attract wildlife, please do not damage trees or flowers.

- Holiday rentals are available from 2:00pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 12:00pm on day  of departure.

- Pitches are available from 2:00pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 12:00pm on day of departure. 

- Do not arrive before 2pm unless you have called ahead and been allowed by the owner. 

- Please leave pitches as you found them on arrival.

- Please be aware of ditch along the left side of field. Etties Field will not be held responsible for any injuries or    accidents.

Anyone found in breech of these terms and conditions and who refuses to change their behaviour so that they do comply to them, will be asked to leave the site and no refund will be given.
